9 IMPORTANT NOTICE: READ CAREFULLY
11 You are reading this because You wish to use the technical information
12 (the “Metadata”) published on behalf of the Registrars. These Terms of
13 Access and Use (these “Terms”) govern the use of the Metadata. By accessing
14 or using the Metadata You accept that the acce ss and use will be on and
15 subject to these Terms. These Terms will be binding and enforceable on
16 You as contractual obligations. If You do not accept these Terms, then
17 You must not continue to use this Metadata.
23 - "Registration Practice Statement” means a documented set of procedures
24 governing the operation of a Metadata Registrar;
26 - “Registrar” means the organisation that publishes Metadata under a
27 Registration Practice Statement;
29 - “Registrant” means the organisation
30 controlling an entity described by the Metadata;
32 - “Signer” means the organisation whose digital signature is attached to
35 - “You” means the organisation or user using the Metadata.
39 You may only use the Metadata as follows:
41 - Installation onto your own systems for the purpose of establishing trusted
42 communications between your systems and those of the Registrant by means of
43 standard middleware protocols.
45 - Passing on to third parties, provided that those third parties have agreed
46 to be bound by these Terms.
48 - Any and all rights including intellectual property rights to the Metadata
49 shall remain owned by the Registrar, the Registrants or the Signer
51 COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
53 You will hold all necessary licences, authorisations and permissions and
54 comply with any and all applicable legislation in respect of your activities
55 in connection with the use of the Metadata.
59 You will immediately remove the Metadata from your systems upon notification
60 from the Signer if You are in breach of, or the Signer reasonably suspect you
61 to be in breach of, these Terms, unless by doing so You would be in violation
62 of Swedish legislation.
66 Your use of the Metadata is entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms
67 creates any liability on the part of the Registrars, the Registrants and the
68 Signer. Neither the Registrar nor the Signer is under any obligation to inform
69 You in the event of any changes to the Metadata or if a Registrant ceases to
70 be subject to the Registration Practice Statement.
74 If You have a direct agreement with the Signer, that agreement shall take
75 precedence over these Terms. In any other case, the provisions of these Terms
76 shall take precedence.
78 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
80 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with
81 them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contr actual disputes
82 or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation
83 of Sweden. The courts of Sweden will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such
